Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing technology-driven projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in software development lifecycle (SDLC) management, API integrations, automation initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project execution capabilities, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
Coordinate and oversee API integrations with internal and external systems.
Manage ESI setup with vendors to automate operational workflows.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
Collaborate closely with Developers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders for requirement gathering and successful project delivery.
Oversee software testing processes including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deliverables are completed within defined deadlines.
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks effectively to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management within IT, Technology, or E-commerce domains.
Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Exposure to API integrations and automation projects is mandatory.
