Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive sales, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, in the ecommerce world and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tiktok, programmatic advertising and other digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for all performance marketing activities.
- Monitor spend and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive growth.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to set up tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing best practices and industry developments.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Understand and map out the customer journey to identify opportunities for optimization at each stage of the funnel.
- Implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C industry or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in USA and international with measurable success.
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Tiktok Ads, Programmatic Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications:
- Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Tools and Technologies:
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms.
