Job Description: Amazon PPC Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Amazon PPC Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising campaigns within the Amazon ecosystem. This role is critical in driving product visibility, increasing sales, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic and data-driven Amazon advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective targeting strategies to maximize ad performance.
- Regularly monitor campaigns and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet sales and profitability goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS), ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and placements to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor daily ad spend and pacing to stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer search behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Amazon algorithm changes and advertising features to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Insights:
- Provide detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Tool & Platform Expertise:
- Utilize Amazon’s Advertising Console, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics to enhance campaign efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Amazon Advertising Console, and third-party analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for profitability.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to share insights with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Amazon Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

- Reduced ACoS while maintaining or growing sales.
- Increased ROAS for all campaigns.
- Improved CTR and Conversion Rate on advertised products.
