Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
  • Clean office areas such as meeting rooms, kitchen, and common spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure necessary supplies are available.
Tea/Coffee Serving:
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
  • Maintain the stock of tea/coffee supplies and place orders when necessary.
Courier & Delivery:
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and letters as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of office mail.
Supporting Staff:
  • Assist in moving office equipment or documents.
  • Help staff with basic office supplies and small errands.
  • Set up meeting rooms for conferences or presentations.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with filing and organizing paperwork.
  • Help with organizing office supplies and restocking when needed.
Other Duties:
  • Assist in any other tasks assigned by the office management or senior staff.
  • Maintain and manage office pantry supplies.
Required Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of office operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve moving or carrying office materials.
