Key Responsibilities:
l Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
l Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for ecommerce operations.
l Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
l Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational KPIs.
l Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.
l Present key financial insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
l Oversee financial transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
l Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
l Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the ecommerce business.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to drive financial efficiency.
l Evaluate ecommerce marketplace expenses, commission structures, and promotional spend.
l Optimize pricing, profitability, and return on investment (ROI) for ecommerce initiatives.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
l 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
l Strong understanding of ecommerce finance processes and financial reporting.
l Expertise in data analysis and insights generation for business decision-making.
l Proficiency in Advanced excel-macros, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, other financial tools.
l Experience in handling MIS reporting and performance analysis.
l Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with tight deadlines.
