Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads for Agency Services (2P) across global marketplaces.
  • Optimize lead funnels using SEO, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, etc.), email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and drive conversion-focused marketing efforts.

2. Content & Brand Marketing

  • Create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email sequences) tailored for potential agency clients.
  • Enhance Ergode’s positioning in the ecommerce agency space through thought leadership and industry insights.
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and marketing automation tools for better lead engagement.

3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Outreach Campaigns

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to target high-value clients in ecommerce and marketplace expansion.
  • Design outbound marketing sequences, including email cadences and LinkedIn outreach for generating meetings.
  • Personalize messaging for different client segments to maximize engagement and response rates.

4. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, ROI), and optimize based on data insights.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.

5. Event & Partnership Marketing

  • Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to generate business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with complementary service providers to expand Ergode’s reach and credibility.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ecommerce, digital marketing, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with experience in crafting outreach campaigns and sales enablement content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive business goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize marketing performance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplace marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with B2B ecommerce services, SaaS marketing, or account-based marketing strategies.
  • Prior work experience in a marketing agency or ecommerce services firm is a plus.
