Job Title: Senior Executive or TL and Ass. Mgr

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR roles and will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization. The Senior Executive will play a key role in employee relations, performance management, Payroll, joining formalities, and other HR-related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- KEKA HRMS knowledge will be an added advantage.
